We will present this plan to you and give you the time you need to review it. Because we work with intimate, boutique properties, they tend to sell out quickly. If we’ve included a specific lodge you love, we will place it on hold so it’s ready when you are. Every detail can be tweaked until the program is exactly what you’ve been dreaming of.
Confirming your arrangements
When you are 100% satisfied with the plan, we ask for a 30% non-refundable deposit. This allows us to officially secure your lodges, expert guides, and private transfers.
From that moment until the day you depart, your dedicated safari expert is on hand. We provide you with essential travel tips, packing lists, and pertinent information so you arrive in Africa feeling perfectly prepared and excited for the adventure ahead.
